1 Definitions & Interpretation

2 Eligibility & Registration

3 Player Account

If a Member suspects that their account has been accessed without authorization, they must notify the suega88 customer support team immediately. suega88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from the Member's own negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.

Suega88 reserves the right to take the following actions for compliance, security, or platform integrity purposes:

• Temporarily freezing the account while an investigation is in progress.
• Requesting updates to personal information that is outdated or inaccurate.
• Applying temporary restrictions to specific account activities based on risk assessment.
• Closing accounts that have been inactive for an extended period after notice has been given.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• The account was used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• The Member failed to verify their identity within the specified timeframe when requested.
• There is a directive from the relevant authority to terminate the account.

In cases where an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, suega88 reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is ongoing. suega88's decision in such matters is final, subject to applicable legal provisions.

9 Limitation of Liability

The suega88 platform is provided "as is" and suega88 makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. suega88 is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage suffered by a Member as a result of using or being unable to use the platform.
• Losses arising from service disruptions, system failures, or cyberattacks beyond suega88's reasonable control.
• Game outcomes affected by connectivity issues on the Member's end.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.

Suega88's total liability to any Member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months preceding the claim. This provision does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10 Terms Amendment

Suega88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes made will take effect immediately upon publication of the updated version on the platform, unless otherwise stated.
